Your wishes and ideas are always our starting point. You can bring your boat to our spacious workshop, or we can come to its mooring - whichever you prefer. Together, we will determine the best solution for you in terms of material choice, color, fittings, and more. We are happy to show you the many possibilities. Based on this consultation, you will receive a tailored quote that clearly outlines all costs - open and transparent, with no hidden surprises. After you receive the quote, we will contact you to discuss whether it meets your expectations and adjust it if necessary.

As the starting point for nearly all of our products, we begin by creating a tube frame - the “skeleton” of the cover. This frame is custom-bent and assembled in our workshop.

At the location of your choice - your boat’s storage or mooring - we take precise measurements using a tube frame and plastic foil (the template) to capture the exact lines and shapes the sail must have, ensuring a perfect fit for your boat. Measuring means knowing: the quality of the final result depends on millimeter accuracy. Today, we can also perform this process with our advanced 3D measuring device, the Leica iCon iCS50.

The templates are then digitized in our workshop using a large scanning table connected to a computer. Through specialized software, a digital drawing is created from the plastic foil.

This digital drawing is then refined in AutoCAD and prepared for our computer-controlled CNC cutting machine.

The CNC cutting machine cuts the sailcloth based on the digital drawing—a 1:1 translation from digital data to the actual execution on the fabric.

A dedicated team of experienced staff ensures precise and meticulous work in our own sewing workshop. All separate parts of the cover are stitched together using specialized sewing machines. Your cover is then finished entirely according to your wishes.

On the boat, the final product is then assembled and delivered. With the use of an air tent, we can ensure timely and clean delivery in all weather conditions. Material warranty, repair, and maintenance are, of course, part of our aftercare.
